01. How do payments work?

For fixed-scope projects we split payment into milestones, typically a deposit to start, then payments as design, development and launch are completed and approved by you. Prices are quoted in Malawi Kwacha (MWK) for clients in Malawi and in US dollars (USD) for clients outside Malawi.

02. What if I want to change something mid-project?

Changes are normal. Small adjustments are absorbed within the sprint. For larger changes we explain the effect on timeline and cost and only proceed once you approve.

03. Who owns the code when the project is finished?

It depends on the type of project, and it is always written into your agreement. A website we build for you belongs to you; whether you also receive the source code depends on the agreement. Under a development contract, the code is transferred to you at the end of the contract. Systems built and owned by WoKeYaVÅ are rented to clients, and their code remains ours.

04. Do you work with clients outside Malawi?

Yes. We work remotely with clients anywhere, using video calls, shared boards and online demos throughout the project.
