Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question before you get in touch? These are the ones we hear most often.
01. Do you work with individuals as well as companies?
Yes. We work with startups, established companies, NGOs and individuals, from a personal portfolio site to a full business platform. Our project form lets you tell us which applies to you.
02. How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. A company website costs far less than a custom management system. After a short discovery call we send a written quote with a fixed price or a clear estimate, and you decide before any work starts. Prices are quoted in Malawi Kwacha (MWK) for clients in Malawi and in US dollars (USD) for clients outside Malawi.
03. How long does it take?
A typical website takes 2–6 weeks; web and mobile applications usually take 2–4 months. You get a timeline with milestones in your proposal.
04. Can you improve or take over an existing system?
Yes. We can review your current website or software, fix problems, add features or rebuild parts of it, and take over ongoing maintenance.
